Debby Werthmann

Debby Werthmann has lived for 20 years in Traverse City, Mich., where she owns and operates Werthmann Life Coaching. She helps OneCoach clients and business owners create the life they were meant to live through self-trust, passion, joy and purpose.

"I have found my passion and life's work," says Werthmann. "There is no better feeling than providing useful tools and strategies that allows your client to live a fulfilling life."

Werthmann became interested in coaching when she was a make-up artist and manager for Clinique Cosmetics®. She found joy in giving clients makeovers because of the overwhelming impact that simple make-up application could have on a woman's self-esteem.

"I often wondered how to provide that same type of makeover from the inside out instead of something that could be washed off at the end of the day," said Werthmann.

After a personal journey, she became certified as a life coach. She was personally trained by America's premiere life coach, Martha Beck. Throughout her career she has coached and counseled many clients towards personal and professional success.

Werthmann was drawn to OneCoach because of the unique package of coaching, networking and best practices that OneCoach offers to business owners. "I have always been fascinated by human potential and self actualization," said Werthmann.
